I went to Pat Stubbs after having consistent chiropractic treatments that gave me some relief but not total relief. My chiropractor recommended I see a massage therapist and recommended Pat Stubbs.
I began therapeutic massage once a week and began to experience immediate relief from the pain I was experiencing. After a month or so of once a week therapeutic massages I was able to go every other week for a while. I am currently going every three weeks hoping to graduate to once monthly.

After 20 years of chiropractic treatment, I began adding a therapeutic massage to enhance the results. I began going to Ms. Pat last fall (2008) for massage therapy for headaches, and mainly back and neck tension and tightness. Now whenever I am finished with a treatment/massage, I feel renewed, refreshed and revived again. I have clarity, focus, energy. Over these past 8 months or so, I can say that the back and neck problems and headaches I was having on a regular basis have dissipated. My overall status is of near optimum level: I am less stressed (significantly). Ms. Pat's massages are tremendously beneficial. She is truly gifted in her field. The Reiki technique was done on me back in January as I was very ill with sinus and exhaustion issues. When I left her office I was at least 85% healed. I was able to report back to work that next morning. I am a true believer in massage therapy and all that it entails.
